I just got a brand new battery EV06 for that Pavilion dv4 notebook battery i bought just over twelve month ago. The battery died inside of couple of days (discharging for about an hour). My spouse and i tested the replacement electric after charging it thoroughly. It did not keep going the minimum 2 hours as per specifications and lasted 1 1/2 several hours. "
I had my compaq laptop or pc since christmas 2008 and i curently have to replace the electric. It used to survive about 2 hours although now it dies inside 40 minutes. I would usually get abt 1 hour - 1 Hour &amp; thirty minutes w/ it. This battery is incredibly weak I find &amp; gets hotter very fast. "
"I took the extended warranty but that will not cover the battery. I recently finished a year subsequently my original warranty only just expired. Since I always used a continuous power supply, I have never even used the solar battery - I charged them to about 80% and then removed it and do not ever used it for around 50 hours that too to stay the battery from losing charge and capacity merely to have it fail without being used at all. My last laptop was beside me for 4 years and even I still got an hour or so of that battery! inch
